About Me

Sabrina Dean, RPC-C

Hi there!

My name is Sabrina and I’m from Richmond, BC. I currently hold a Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate (RPC-C) designation with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). I am currently in the process of furthering my education to obtain a masters degree in clinical counselling.

Growing up, I’ve always had a passion for helping people in any type of capacity. People would confide in me so often, I truly felt like I had a sticker stuck on my forehead that said “VENT TO ME!” I felt gratitude in knowing that friends, family, and even strangers found a safe space in me. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to pursue a career in Clinical Counselling.

I have experience in supporting individuals and adolescents throughout a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions.

I use person and evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, narrative, and somatic therapy. I am always tailoring my work to suit each person’s unique needs and goals.

Above all, I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering—so you can feel heard, understood, and equipped to grow. My goal is to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with support, understanding, and care. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just looking for a space to process your thoughts, you don’t have to do it alone.

I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, explore your challenges, and find the tools you need to move forward. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and tailored to your unique needs—whether that’s managing stress, improving relationships, or finding peace within!

Taking the first step can feel scary, but reaching out is a sign of strength. If you're ready to start your journey toward healing, I’m here to walk alongside you.
